Get a Barangay Business Clearance where your business is located.
Obtain a Community Tax Certificate (CTC or Cedula) from the Treasurer's office of the Municipal.
Provide a Contract of Lease if rented or Transfer Certificate of Title if owned.
Submit 3 copies of a Sketch/Pictures of the business location.
Provide proof of Public Liability Insurance (for certain businesses like restaurants, cinemas, and malls).
Obtain a clearance from the Local Zoning Authority.
Get the necessary requirements from 1 to 8.
Complete the application form and attached the requires documents.
Submit the application form and supporting documents to the LGU's Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO).
Wait for the scheduled inspection of your business location.
Pay the required assessment fee.
Claim your Mayor's Permit on the scheduled date.
Remember to renew your business permit annually, usually during the first month of the year.
Penalties may be imposed for late renewal of failure to renew.
