Requirements for Mass Wedding

Sa mga higit limang taon ng nagsasama na may edad 23 pataas: 
1. Birth Certificate 
2. Affidavit of Cohabitation 
3. Cedula 
4. Death Certificate, kung may dating kasal at yumao na ang asawa 
5. Identification Card 
6. Authorization Letter

Sa mga 18-24 taon gulang:
1. Birth Certificate
2.Advice Upon Intended Marriage
3. Consent to Marriage of a Person Under Age
4. Cedula ng magulang
5. Identification Card
6. Authentication Letter

Sa mga bago pa lamang nagsasama at di pa nagsasama na may edad 25 pataas:
1. Birth Certificate
2. Identification Card
3. Authorization Letter
